CACI is seeking an Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Platform and DevOps Engineer to build and operate the cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management framework that underpins a large-scale federal HCM modernization program. This initiative will deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across multiple federal agencies serving federal civilian employees, and the platform engineering team is responsible for ensuring that every environment — from DEV through PROD — operates securely, reliably, and at the performance levels the mission demands.
