Western Digital Capital is looking for a Staff Engineer in Process Development & Sustaining Engineering to lead the optimization of manufacturing processes for HDD products in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.

The ideal candidate should have a Master’s or PhD in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science, with strong skills in process development and a solid foundation in chemistry. Responsibilities include process characterization and collaboration with global teams.
