Lead Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide support to R&D NPI programs in product and process development.
• Provide technical support and data analysis on product related issues and product improvements (Cost and Yield).
• Handle new transceiver product transfers from NPI to mass volume production lifecycle.
• Prepare product engineering documentation and engineering related changes with revision changes.
• Support pilot manufacturing line assembly, testing, and evaluation of new products.
• Collaborate with R&D team and participate in design, qualification, and implementation of new test processes.
• Evaluate product yield, cost, performance and suitability for release into production.
• Develop and maintain systematic debug guide documentation for responsible products.
• Acquire hands‑on technical knowledge on products, test methodology and applications transferred from R&D.
