As a **Lead Quality Specialist** , you'll play a key role in executing strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality systems, and driving a culture of quality. Your expertise will contribute to identifying and implementing focused product/process improvements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing, Reliability Engineering, and Services. Your role involves communication with the business unit, direct team, supervisor, and customers.

**What do we want to know about you?**

+ Bachelor's degree in technical field (mechanical/electrical engineering)
+ 2+ years electrical and/or Continuous Maintenance Support experience
+ proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
+ Knowledge of ISO/AAR and ENR local regulatory standards, quality procedures, and audit techniques
+ Strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a customer-focused mindset are essential
