Clutch is looking for a Lead Software Engineer in Toronto to direct and mentor a team while staying hands-on with coding. This role combines leadership and engineering to push our platform forward.
As a key player at Clutch, you will lead a team of 3-5 engineers while balancing coding and architecture with team leadership. Essential responsibilities include guiding engineers through their growth, removing blockers, and executing on strategic initiatives in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop a team of engineers for optimal performance
• Contribute to code and technical design across the stack
