8MSolar is a rapidly growing Solar company located in Raleigh, NC that is looking to expand their workforce with a dedicated and reliable Lead Solar Installer .

The objective of the Lead Installer is to take a hands‑on approach to managing operations at installation sites ensuring timely completion of installations while meeting 8MSolar standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical and electrical solar installation crews.
• Ensure 8MSolar construction prints are followed on all projects.
• Ensure safety standards are met and maintained during installation.
• Act as intermediary with customer on the day of installation.
• Real time quality assurance on all projects.
• Remain on site throughout installation in order to manage effectively.
• Perform walkthroughs with customers following project completion.
