We’re looking for a hands‑on leader in stock condition surveying to drive our data‑led asset management strategy. You’ll lead surveys, validate data, and ensure compliance, while managing a small team to deliver high‑quality insights that shape investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & deliver stock condition surveys across all property types.
• Manage & develop surveyors, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Oversee QA processes—validate data, spot defects, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Conduct EPC & HHSRS assessments, disrepair inspections, and expert reports.
