Our large global manufacturing client is looking for a Lead Technical PMO (TPMO) to join their IT Strategy and Governance team. The organization is experiencing a significant influx of IT demand as the organization works through large-scale enterprise system upgrades and technology modernization. The focus has shifted to optimizing and accelerating delivery of internal technology initiatives. To support this, they are standing up a true IT-focused Technical PMO (TPMO) that will serve as the single point of entry into IT — owning both the intake pipeline and end-to-end delivery execution. This Lead TPMO role will build, operate, and mature that model, including intake, prioritization, resource planning, delivery governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
This person will partner closely with IT leadership and technical teams to ensure initiatives are aligned to IT strategy, executed efficiently, and delivered with clear visibility and accountability. ...
