About the role:
Provide administrative and operational support to the Loan Officer by managing borrower communications, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating appointments, and ensuring timely collection and organization of required documentation. This role is key to delivering an efficient prequalification process, improving lead conversion, and maintaining consistent follow-up with prospects across multiple communication channels.
What You'll Do:
Answer calls.
Add leads into the CRM, making notes in the CRM, and making questions for prequalification.
Follow up on providing these documents every day .
Review documents when received and upload all document...
