Job Description

Luxottica seeks a Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer in Biñan, Laguna to support initiatives for Optimal Asset Utilization and Operational Excellence. The CI Engineer will challenge existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead CI initiatives across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, possesses strong analytical skills, and is knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing principles. This role requires excellent English communication skills and involves collaboration with Production and Supply Chain teams to enhance productivity.
