Promote and facilitate company-wide operation system & process improvement aligned with LEAN methodology principles
Initiate or facilitate the operation team in identifying the key areas of improvement, setting goals, and developing action plans to meet the Lean Operation strategy
Responsible for creating and maintaining Lean culture in the company
Manage Lean or Kaizen improvement projects and to deliver project objectives within the timeline and budget
Coach & mentor team on the Lean or Kaizen process to achieve company MIG on lead time improvement & continuous growth target Qualifications
