Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide system support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including: Creating course items and classes Maintaining and updating the course master list Creating collections and updating staff learning histories Enrolling staff into classes and assisting with data migration Generating training application reports upon request Respond to general staff queries via the learning support mailbox Provide administrative support for codifying competencies into designated templates Assist with the coordination and logistics of in-person training sessions, including: Sending and tracking invitations Managing attendance registration Setting up training venues Collecting and compiling feedback and evaluations The Talent Meticulous, service-oriented, and able to work independently Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and its functions Quick learners who are comfortable using new systems (experience with Succ...
