Learning And Development Senior Officer (Technical)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Officer to lead the end-to-end rollout of advisory training programs across the firm. This role plays a key part in ensuring our advisory professionals meet mandatory technical learning and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute the full lifecycle of advisory training programs—from scheduling and enrollment to completion tracking
• Ensure timely compliance with mandatory technical training and CPD requirements
• Prepare, review, and submit CPD applications and completion reports in line with regulatory standards
• Monitor training progress and completion rates to ensure all requirements are met
• Coordinate with facilitators to ensure smooth and effective program delivery
