Job Descriptions:

• Plan and coordinate annual training programs based on department needs.

• Manage onboarding and mandatory training for new employees.

• Organize training schedules, materials, trainers, and attendance records.

• Facilitate internal training sessions and support external training arrangements.

• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and prepare periodic reports.

• Ensure training compliance with company standards and HQ guidelines.

• And support other Ad Hoc assigned


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Training & Development (in manufacturing preferred).

• Good with public speaking and presentation skills.

• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and create training plans.

• Familiar with training evaluation methods (ex: pre-test, post-test, feedback).
