Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in training / learning & development.
- At least 1-3 years in a supervisory role or 10 years experience in L&D.
- Experience working in a manufacturing, technical, or corporate training environment is an advantage.
- Experience facilitating training programs.
- Exposure to competency-based training systems.
- Basic instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic data analysis and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
