Job Description

The Learning & Development Advisor is a critical role responsible for building organisational capability by designing, delivering and managing high-impact learning solutions. This role acts as a strategic partner to leaders across diverse council functions ensuring that staff have the skills required to excel in their roles and deliver services to our community.

The role combines creative instructional design and facilitation with technical system ownership and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate high-quality learning programs across Leadership, Professional Development and Onboarding, resulting in measurable improvements in staff capability and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate user data, course records and training history within the LMS.
