Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Sydney team.
This role sits at the center of how learning happens across the business. You will own the coordination and execution of L&D programs in the region, ensuring a high-quality experience for participants.
In a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will be responsible for the operational backbone of L&D—making sure programs run smoothly, stakeholders are aligned, and learning initiatives are delivered effectively at scale. This role is ideal for someone early in their L&D career who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to develop in the field.
You will work closely with L&D and HR partners locally and globally, gaining exposure to program delivery, learning technologies, and the broader learning strategy.
