We’re looking for a highly organised Learning & Development Coordinator to support the delivery of a high-quality L&D service across the business.

This is a fast-paced, data-driven role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating training activity, managing systems, and ensuring accurate reporting that supports business success through our people.

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain accurate data across L&D systems, including SuccessFactors LMS
• Produce reports and insights to support local and global L&D activity
• Coordinate workshops, programmes, and inductions (invites, resources, venues, comms)
• Manage LMS activity including SCORM uploads and reporting
• Support the Professional Study Policy application process
