Job Description

Key Task Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with the Talent Development Manager on the planning, organization, and support for learning events to include courses in human resources, quality driven management, leadership and other findings from the Needs Analysis
  • Facilitates in-person and virtual learning events and courses as well as assisting in training for Essential Skills, SME Training, New Employee Orientation and Special Projects
  • Develops and maintains new and existing training programs and teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, marketing communication content and reference works.
  • Conducts course observation, assessments, and training program evaluations

Job Qualifications:

Education: Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Communication, Education, Teaching, or equivalent
