Learning & Development Specialist - Temporary

Opportunity

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our Aviso learning and development team for 12 months. Reporting to the Leader of L&D, the role focuses on developing and delivering best‑in‑class training programs to our advisor partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development of training, including scoping learning objectives, understanding target audiences, determining activities and collateral requirements, and resourcing technical training programs for advisors, associates, assistants, and leaders.
• Deliver live training via webinar and maintain and expand the current library of recorded and e‑learning modules for advisor business systems, including Dataphile and proprietary software.
• Build and maintain an inventory of advisor‑friendly resources and tools such as reference guides, process maps, helpful hints, best practices, and FAQs.
