We are seeking a highly organised and process-oriented Learning & Development System & Coordinator to join our HRHub Team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This role is central to improving functionality within our key people systems, particularly Litmos, ensuring accuracy and a smooth digital experience for employees. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in problem-solving, process improvement and serving as the primary point of contact for system-related information. Additionally, you will play a significant role in HR projects across the UK & I Hub, assisting in the coordination of system upgrades, implementation of new modules and various change initiatives that influence how our teams operate.
