Learning & Development Training Partner

The Learning & Development Training Partner is responsible for leading the site learning and development agenda, ensuring that compliance, technical, leadership, and professional development training are aligned to business priorities, regulatory requirements, and future capability needs. The role partners closely with Site Leadership Team members, HR, SHE, Quality, Business Process Owners, and functional leaders to build a strong learning culture, strengthen workforce capability, and ensure robust training governance across the site Accountabilities entail: Compliance Learning Framework: Design, implement, and govern a site-wide training framework and matrix with named owners and functional heads to embed a strong compliance culture.
