Cygnet Conifers is looking for an experienced Learning Disabilities Support Worker to join our dedicated team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work 42 hours a week, covering a mix of day shifts, night shifts and weekend work, in a specialist 7-bed residential home providing outcome-focused support for adults with profound to moderate learning disabilities and autism, alongside associated complex needs.
