Training Manager

We are looking for a Training Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of training programs across our organization. This role works in tandem with Operations to ensure alignment with enterprise business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the initiation, development, and implementation of company-wide training initiatives.
  • Drive campaign-specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates.
  • Create and maintain training materials that maximize campaign task mastery and personal development.
  • Develop detailed curriculum, training, and evaluation plans for Team Leaders and Teammates.
  • Act as an in-house training expert and maintain all relevant training documents for all levels.
  • Ensure all training aligns with specific campaign and broader business objectives.
  • Proactively assess training needs across departments and develop materials accordingly.
