Learning Material Developer/Instructional Designer

Job Description

Leading financial services client seeks a Learning Material Developer/Instructional Designer (OneStream Implementation) for a 12-month contract based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OneStream training material (all types of media) as required.
• Document learning material (user guides, quick reference guides, recorded sessions) of user training in preparation for the OneStream implementation.
• Consolidate processes, data flows, and technology scope to produce results, planning, budgeting and forecasting, tax reporting, and finance allocation processes.
• Develop, package and roll out material to the business, including measurement of the effectiveness of training events, and load onto the Knowledge Hub.
