Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in secondary SEN schools across Totton . This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with special educational needs and make a real difference in their education.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) , including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students access the curriculum
• Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery
• Providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support
