Job Description

Academics is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a mainstream secondary school in Chelmsford this September. In this role, you will support students with special educational needs (SEN) and help them build confidence and resilience in their learning.

The ideal candidate will have a calm approach, be able to build strong relationships with young people, and contribute positively to the school environment. If you are passionate about making a difference in students' lives, we'd love to hear from you.
