Learning Support Assistant

Overview

The school is Outstanding and is number 1 in the local catchment. It is a specialist setting supporting approximately 100+ pupils with complex SEN needs. The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant on a full‑time, permanent basis to start ASAP.

The role involves supporting learners both in the classroom and outside, including school grounds and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Supporting KS2 and 3 learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole class basis.
• Supporting SEN learners in KS2 and 3.

Qualifications

• Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable, not essential).
• Relevant teaching assistant / LSA experience (must be able to provide references).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
