Learning Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing and leading instructor‑led training sessions using virtual platforms, such as Microsoft Teams.
• Design and deploy training evaluations, monitor feedback, and make recommendations for future changes to course design.
• Partner with the business on key learning initiatives and instructor‑led design projects as required.
• Maintain and market learning and development programs and products.
• Provide input into the quality and consistency of new and existing learning and development products and materials to ensure effectiveness in achieving desired developmental results.
• Receive and respond to SP learning‑related queries via email.
• Generate and distribute reports as required.
• Serve as a central communication point for training with other departments.
