Job Description
We are developing a wearable LED headband with a continuous, sparkler-style moving light effect. Mechanical design (SolidWorks, STEP files, prototype-ready drawings) is fully completed and locked. This milestone is focused on electronics and firmware only. Objective: Finalize the electronics architecture and firmware required to reproduce the continuous, sparkler-style moving light effect validated by prior photorealistic renders and reference videos, using the already completed and locked mechanical CAD assembly. No mechanical CAD redesign is required or desired. ⸻ Scope of Work Electronics Architecture
• Select and specify addressable LED type (e.g., WS2812B Mini / SK6812)
• Select microcontroller (ESP32, ATtiny, or equivalent)
• Define battery capacity, protection, and USB-C charging solution
