Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - CSS Middlesex for the University Behavioral Healthcare. The primary purpose of the LPN position is to provide medical-focused support services, including wellness education and support, to individuals with mental health and substance use disorder diagnoses, in their homes and other community-based settings in accordance with all relevant program requirements. Among the key duties of this position are the following:

• Participates in data collection related to the individuals' status and needs.
• Promotes health and safety through the provision of education about medication, Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT), HIV/STD, physical health promotion, and other medical topics to promote wellness and recovery.
