A service center is looking for a licensed practical nurse to perform individualized nursing care for individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for working in a timely manner, upholding the facility's expectations for cleanliness, and interacting with each client in a respectful and polite manner.
Responsibilities

• Use and practice basic assessment data collection, participate in planning
• Administer medicine to individuals in accordance to their Plan of Care
• Execute interventions in accordance with the Plan of Care
• Communicate to ensure patient/family is educated to the Plan of Care and planned treatments
• Maintain an environment of safety for patients, self and others and support patient safety initiatives
