Lift Technician

About the Role

This role is about ensuring residential lifts stay safe and reliable. You will be responsible for the hands-on maintenance and repair work needed to keep our community moving safely every day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and safety inspections on lift systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and passenger entrapments.
• Test and commission lifts to ensure they meet BCA safety standards.
• Manage service records and issue work orders for contractor repairs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on modernization and upgrading projects.
• Maintain tools and ensure a tidy workspace.
