Lineside Production Support Engineer
Location – Calgary, AB Canada
Positon type: Full time.
Role Summary
Provide on-site lineside production support to ensure stable manufacturing operations, rapid issue resolution, and effective implementation of design and process changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day production activities through direct lineside engagement
- Troubleshoot manufacturing system issues, process deviations, and design-related problems impacting production
- Assess, coordinate, and support implementation of engineering and design changes on the shop floor
- Interface with Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production constraints
- Support problem-solving activities (root cause analysis, containment, corrective actions)
- Provide technical guidance to production teams to minimize downtime and disruption
