This role is suited to a technically strong engineer who thrives in complex infrastructure environments and is confident in troubleshooting, supporting, and maintaining Linux-based platforms within a service-focused, ITIL-aligned framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd line support and advanced troubleshooting for complex Linux infrastructure incidents
• Maintain, manage, and enhance Linux server environments (Ubuntu and Red Hat)
• Support system stability, performance, availability, and security across enterprise platforms
