The ideal candidate will be able to significantly grow their existing book of business:The following areas of experience are of particular interest:Business, Corporate Commercial or Franchise Litigation, Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Power of Sale / Foreclosure, Real Estate / Mortgage Lending and Estates LitigationNOT Family Law, Criminal Law or Insurance DefenseCompensation is based on a graduated percentage of billingsExpected Compensation range: $200,000 to $350,000This is a new position for the firm.To support a fair and efficient hiring experience, we may use AI-assisted tools for administrative tasks like note-taking or scheduling.
