Framework Ventures in Mendoza is searching for a talented AI Model Developer to spearhead innovation in model architecture development. This role requires expertise in LLM architectures and pre-training optimization to optimize AI performance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have at least a degree in Computer Science, preferably a Ph.D., along with hands-on experience in large-scale model training and a strong publication record. You will be working with advanced AI systems utilizing numerous NVIDIA GPUs.
