LMS Admin Support

Location: Remote from Brazil

The purpose of the project is to support the on boarding of a new site.

The LMS Admin Support Rep will be responsible for processing employee certificates, including:

  • Verifying that certificates match the correct employee details.
  • Checking that the certificates are valid and correct.
  • Creating the relevant completions in the LMS where certificates are approved.
  • Storing the certificates according to the agreed process.
  • Entering the certificate details into the competency management system.
  • Following up with employees or vendors where there are issues or discrepancies with certificates.
