Job Summary
The Logistic Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of goods, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate logistics records.
Responsibilities- Coordinate deliveries and shipments between warehouse and sites.
- Maintain and update stock records.
- Issue materials to staff/sites and maintain proper records.
- Perform scanning of materials/items and update records in the system.
- Prepare and manage logistics documents (delivery notes, reports, etc.).
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and site teams.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time.
- Operate the logistics system and scanning devices as required.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
