Logistic Operations Specialist (Fixed-term, 2 years)
Budapest | Hybrid (50%)
On behalf of our Budapest-based partner, we are looking for a
Logistic Operations Specialist
to join a stable, international manufacturing company for a 2-year fixed-term contract.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth daily operation of supply chain and logistics processes. Acting as a “co-pilot” between business and supply chain functions, you’ll be expected to make independent, data-driven decisions and proactively solve operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Manage 3PL logistics service providers and monitor KPIs
Coordinate inbound shipments and multiple suppliers
Maintain inventory and master data (Navision / WMS systems)
Verify and process invoices prior to payment
Coordinate inventory and stock-taking processes (2 cycles/year)
Handle returns and scrapping processes
Prepare logistics reports (local and regional level)
