Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in Logistics
- SAP experience
- ERP and MRP experience
- Good communication skills and analytical skills.
- Customer relation with track record.
- 5 Years production planning experience in a complex automotive environment
Responsibilities
- Ensure all forecasting activities associated with the analysis of customer demand are completed in a timely manner on a weekly basis
- Review historical sales trends and identify demand driver
- Analyse forecast accuracy data metrics and drive appropriate discussions to improve data
- Liaise with customers on demands; call‑offs and forecasts
- Provide a link between Sales and Operational / Supplier planning from both ends of the supply chain
- Deliver weekly KPI's to show customer delivery performance and forecast accuracy; and inventories
- Be the first point of contact for any customer queries
