What the Job Entails:

• Create and maintain strong relationships with vendors and motor carriers.
• Booking operations (Dispatching, updating and problem solving).
• Negotiate competitive rates with carriers depending on current market rates.
• Gather proof of deliveries and any other required shipping documentation needed to close out loads.
• Effective and professional communication with carriers and within the business group.
