Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
Define, validate and qualify Transportation at the best cost for prototypes and samples.
Follow & reach Project milestones
Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;
- Implement and promote the supply chain standards, train & coach both internal and external project contributors:
Train suppliers on standards and specifications and promote their usage;
