Role Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is critical to ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are accurately tracked, handled, and delivered. It supports project timelines and cost control in a construction environment by maintaining reliable inventory and clear communication between shop and project teams.

Key Impact / Purpose

  • Ensure efficient flow of materials by accurately managing incoming and outgoing shipments, delivering tools and materials on time.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and control through regular inspections, tracking, and cycle counts.
  • Support operational coordination by collaborating with foremen, project managers, and ensuring proper receipt, storage, and allocation of materials.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shipping and receiving; safe and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing projects from vendors and job sites.
