Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attending to email enquiries & calls.
- Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
- Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
- Handle customers' complaints and conduct investigations (if any)
- Handle import and export permit declaration
- Prepare simple logistics documents
- Handle ad-hoc task/operation duties upon request
Requirements:
. Basic skills in MS Office (Words, Excel)
. Good verbal and written communication in English
. Ability to converse in Mandarin with our clients in Hong Kong & China
. Minimum 'O' level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
