Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to email enquiries & calls.
  • Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
  • Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
  • Handle customers' complaints and conduct investigations (if any)
  • Handle import and export permit declaration
  • Prepare simple logistics documents
  • Handle ad-hoc task/operation duties upon request

Requirements:

. Basic skills in MS Office (Words, Excel)

. Good verbal and written communication in English

. Ability to converse in Mandarin with our clients in Hong Kong & China

. Minimum 'O' level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
