Logistics Coordinator

Working in our Marine Equipment and Offshore Support (MEOS) team in Fredrikstad, you support complex marine installation and protection projects. You coordinate logistics, ensuring equipment, materials and spare parts are ready for marine operations and offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage goods receipt, storage, inventory, and internal transportation of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate material flow to support marine projects and IMR activities.
• Ensure safe handling of materials, including hazardous substances.
• Maintain and update risk assessments and comply with HSE standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and deployment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics operations, ideally within marine, offshore, or heavy industry.
