Logistics Executive

Job Description
. Assist with daily warehouse Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) operations
. Manage the loan and return process for tools and equipment
. Coordinate the disposal of scrapped materials with internal departments and external vendors
. Ensure accurate and timely recording of materials, tools, and equipment in the system
. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and security of the warehouse at all times.
. Verify and issue tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Operations team
. Report stock discrepancies, damages, or equipment faults
. Conduct regular inventory audits and toolbox inspections
. Coordinate closely with the Operations team to fulfil material requests
. Ensure accuracy of data entries based on Material Request Forms
. Support the Procurement Executive in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels
. Guide and educate Operations team on proper warehouse procedures and processes
