- Custom Brokerage/Declaring Agent - Work Location: Changi - Desk bound job. - Complete Declaration at stipulated rate per day and per hour with full compliance. - Maintain account assigned for exception declarations. - Follow up on daily shipment holds and find solutions in a timely manner to process the customs clearance - Respond to phone and email enquiries on brokerage- related services - Prepare and provide various reports in a timely manner to meet customers' timelines Requirements: - 5 working days (shift schedule) - Possess good work ethics and positive attitude - Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-pace environment - Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is a must - Expect overtime on a regular basis Only hardworking applicants with good attitude may apply Job Type: Full-time
