Japan Logistics Daily Operations

Manage daily logistics operations in Japan and monitor shipment flow and operational status from Japan to SEA and LATAM markets.

Identify operational issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.

Vendor Communication & Coordination

Maintain daily communication with logistics vendors in Japan regarding operational matters.

Follow up on vendor performance and operational issues.

Internal & Cross-team Coordination

Coordinate with the regional logistics team on operational updates and issue resolution.

Work closely with the JP team for logistics-related coordination.

Platform Communication

Manage operational announcements and communications to JP sellers and buyers on behalf of Shopee platform.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication of operational updates.
