Position Overview

Loss Prevention Monitoring Technician works in a remote monitoring center and is responsible for conducting camera surveillance investigations, audits and providing support with shoplifter situations at retail stores.

Essential Job Functions

  • Conduct video investigations for internal and external theft at retail locations.
  • Complete video audits to verify Loss Prevention policies are followed.
  • Log and maintain records for all investigations and audits.
  • Clearly and accurately communicate findings to the Operations and Loss Prevention teams.
  • Answer phone calls from stores and provide live support with shoplifter situations.
  • Complete camera system troubleshooting as required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
  • Comfortable working with computers for an entire shift.
